At Arlo Keepsakes we never put our products on sale.
We strive to offer the lowest possible price all year round, to all of our customers. However, we do understand that many of us are on tight budgets, and are becoming more conscious of our purchases.
We sometimes have samples or products used for photoshoots or events. If purchasing this stock appeals to you, please send us an email rachel@arlokeepsakes.com
We do not offer change-of-mind returns/refunds.
If anything you have ordered arrives damaged, please contact us straight away, providing us with your order number, and a description + photo of the damage. Damaged items must be reported within seven days of your order being marked as ‘delivered’ on tracking.
Arlo Keepsakes is not liable for the loss of items being returned, we recommend using a traceable delivery method with a signature and recording your tracking number. The shipping cost to return items is payable by the customer.
